IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Please note as import taxes and duties vary by country and in some cases by state all import taxes and/or duties are payable by the customer in the country of delivery, our prices do not include import taxes and/or duty for international purchases.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all products Australia wide. Shipping prices are listed at the end of each item description, please note this is the price to ship one item. The cost for standard international shipping is payable by the customer, shipping costs relevant to the product ordered can be selected at checkout. If you require express shipping or are ordering more than one item please contact us for a shipping quote.

For international purchasers - to avoid processing delays please ensure you select the correct product from the shipping drop down menu at checkout - the product you’re ordering will be at the end of the list and will have the shipping cost next to it relevant to your delivery address.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 4 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option, delivery address/country and delivery company.

If your order is lost or damaged we will work with you to rectify the situation in a timely manner, we are however not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.globalgolftechsolutions.com.au.
